How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders $200 or more. 

We offer a flat rate of $10 for all other orders (except to NT addresses) — even when it costs us more than this. 

To cover the extra costs of shipping to NT, all orders have a $15 shipping charge and there is no free shipping option. 

How long after I place my order is my wine shipped?

Orders are prepared and shipped shortly after your order is placed, usually the next business day. Orders ship Monday through Friday.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery is typically between 2 and 5 business days, depending on where you live in Australia; orders to remote areas may take a little longer. 

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number when your order is dispatched and shipped. You can track your order here.

I purchased multiple items in one transaction. Will all items arrive together?

While we endeavour to deliver all items in one shipment, occasionally consignments are separated by Aus Post.

If this is the case with your order, you’ll receive a unique tracking number for each package that’s on its way to you. If you have any other queries about this, please contact us.
